In South Africa, RASTA operates as an active participant within The Good Herb Association framework. Our product lines conform to association bylaws and statutory agricultural guidelines regarding industrial hemp cultivation, quality standards, and adult-use age limits.

In the United States, all distributed hemp formulations comply with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill statutory framework, containing not more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.
